So many great war movies were made in the 50`s. This movie adds up to that list. A nun and a marine sergeant trying to get out alive from the war abandoned on an island, surrounded by Japanese soldiers. This incredible interesting war drama is directed by the famous John Huston with Robert Mitchum staring as the Marine sergeant and Deborah Kerr as the nun.  Great movie with plenty of great dialogues.
