Deserter (2002)

Deserter is based on a real story. This is the story of two men who join the legion, each of them lead by different motives. Simon Murray is idealist fighting for the legion while Pascal Dupont fights and cares only for himself.  

Paul Fox and Tom Hardy put up a great performance in this exciting war action/adventure movie. The 5.1 score that this movie has on IMDB doesn't reflect the overall quality of the movie, the movie is much better than the score applies.
