Court-martialed Generale organize a mutiny in a military prison revolted by it`s authocratic warden. 1200 inmates stand with him in the rebellion against the warden. It is a small war within the walls of the prison, the inmates are on one and the warden with the guards on the other side.

certainly not Redford`s finest movies, but still very descent movie with few great scenes and few memorable lines. James Gandolfini does a pretty good job as warden of the prison.
