The movie is about the two enemies and the things they had to do in order to survive. However, some things are easier to be said than done. Lee Marvin and Toshiro Mifune put up a great performance in hell in pacific. Even though there are only two characters in this classic war movie that makes things much more intriguing and interesting. All in all a must see movie for every fan of the war/drama genre.
