Because of low activity of the German forces in Belgium, the Allied military leaders are convinced that the German forces are in low state of readiness, or even retreating. They plan a massive offensive to invade Germany, but one intelligence officer is convinced that the Germans are actually planing an attack of their own. Soon a bloody battle that stretches over Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany begins.
