When two soldiers ordered to transfer  special warheads are attacked by thieves from an evil organization known as "Cobra", an international special force unit intervenes - the Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity, or G.I. Joe. The two soldiers train to join the Joes, while one of its members is secretly working for "Cobra" and plans to steal the special "Nanomite" warheads.
