After successfully completing their mission of destroying German fortress on the Greek island of Navarone, Mallory and Miller are sent to Yugoslavia to find and kill a traitor known as Nicolai, who they believe has infiltrated the Yugoslav Partisans. In order to enter Yugoslavia and fulfill their new mission, Miller and Mallory team up with American sabotage unit "Force 10", who have a mission of their own there.
